Joy's Experience: Ms. Beach has over 40 years business experience with the last 16 serving the non-profit sector. Prior to joining CCM she served as Executive Director of a local non profit for 6 years. She has held various positions in both private and non-profit including Director of Programs, Vice President of Marketing and Training and such. She holds numerous certifications from the Center of Non-Profit Management such as business development, strategic planning, volunteer management, marketing, as well as a B.A from Loras College.
