CEO/Executive Director/Board Comments
Many of the senior management staff have been with the agency 10 years or more. This stability in the management team has allowed Goodwill to use its resources in a consistent pattern of growth, maintaining its focus on mission of changing lives through education, training and employment. There is a maturity in the staff that allows for the successful management of the dual mission of the agency: serving people and remaining financially sound. Additional Risk Management Provisions: Cyber Defense Coverage, Terrorism Coverage |
