This includes funding to assist community members that may not qualify for services with federal program guidelines and also seed funding to pilot new programs with innovative approaches to fostering self-sufficiency for the low-income population. The goal for these funds is to enable the agency to be able to continue to be able to serve these customers as they navigate from in financial crisis to stability.
