Quintina's Experience: I had no experience as an executive director. I founded Hope Station based on life experiences. I have been in this position for almost four years. I have learned a lot through trial and error. I have taken a great number of classes at the Center for Non-profit Mgt, which have been extremely helpful and I have a very experienced board. |
