| The biggest challenge is to assure that we have the right fit, population-wise for the program to promote the effectiveness of the services provided. We have a great opportunity to help people of all backgrounds who need our services and to benefit them because of the need. We will start small to perfect some of the tools to be used and expand as we see the outcome of the methods used in addressing the problems that come with this population. We are interested in helping them survive in a way to strengthen their identity and self-esteem. |
