| Christy's Experience: Christy Halbert, Head Coach & President, Boxing Resource Center Coach Halbert has been instructing youth and adults in the science of Olympic-style boxing for over 20 years, developing boxers on the local, regional, national, and international levels. Coach Halbert holds the highest level of coaching certification offered by USA Boxing, and has led Team USA in numerous international events, including the first-ever Women's World Championships and the 2012 Olympic Games in London. Coach Halbert's book, 'The Ultimate Boxer: Understanding the Sport and Skills of Boxing,' continues to be the top-selling advanced instruction manual on the sport. Halbert is a coach, and also oversees coaching and coaches' instruction/certification at Boxing Resource Center. | |
