| The Next Door thoroughly evaluated our staffing at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. Cash flow forced us to cut down our staff, and as we began to welcome staff back from furlough, we were able to see where some positions could be eliminated and consolidated. These decisions were not made lightly. As we move forward, we are not asking our staff to do "more with less" but "more with more." In order to run a sustainable, effective treatment center, we must be equipped with the proper staff. We are continually analyzing our current staffing levels and the organization's needs to strike the appropriate balance. |
