CEO Statement

Dear DYMON Family,

2020 and 2021 brought about extreme challenges and extraordinary circumstances- The COVID-19 pandemic, racial and political unrest, and economic and academic inequity that impacts people of color the most. The needs of our community have been great, but your support has been greater. As a result, DYMON flourished in the 2020- 2021 fiscal year; the organization grew over 100% in all areas including revenue, fruitful partnerships and collaborations, and the number of youth and families served. DYMON is able to address barriers in real-time; implement new programs, innovate primary programs, and strategize with new and staple partners to meet the urgent needs of the families and students we serve. I'm most proud of DYMON's impact and how quickly and efficiently our team, stakeholders, and programs spring into action and pivot with optimism as circumstances continuously change. Thank you for your heartfelt commitment and dedication as we continue to work on the front lines. I look forward to what we will accomplish together!
