Description
-After-school Enrichment Programs: Free In person programs for middle school girls that offers a range of engaging hands-on activities and experiences that promote academic excellence; and strengthens youth's self-esteem, cognitive and leadership skills, interconnection, social and emotional health, physical health and wellness; and celebrates the youth's inner and outer beauty!
-Morning Tutoring Program: Free in-person tutoring and homework help for Middle School youth.
-Entrepreneur & Leadership Summer Program: To promote leaders that exhibit positive mental health and well-being while creating a mindset of wealth creation for girls of color ages 9-14. This holistic program creates fun ways to learn how to earn money; monetize their heart's passions; set tangible goals; and develop leadership and entrepreneurship skills, products, and services.
Program Successes
Objective: to increase life skills and experiences for black and girls of color need to emerge as leaders and wealth creators.
Outcome:
100% of program participants showed an increase in professional skills in two or more areas: 1) Public speaking 2) Decision making 3) Self-esteem and confidence 4) Problem solving 5) Money management 6) Team work 7) Leadership and advocacy.
30 students each received a $200 investment towards their business, a professional headshot, and a binder with tools and resources needed to continue their entrepreneurial endeavors and leadership skills.
Objective: Increase positive connections for black girls and girls of color through community support (i.e. peers and non-parental adults)
Outcome:
100% of program participants showed an increase in positive connections with adults and peers.

Goal: A minimum of 75% of the students show development and implementation with their leadership skills.
FOSTER Self-esteem
Goal: A minimum of 85% of the students have will show or vocalize their improvement with self-esteem (why it's important, how to attain it, and how to maintain it).
LEARN Skills
Goal: A minimum of 75% of the students learn skills that will benefit them as a child and throughout adulthood.
Build Generational Wealth
Goal: A minimum of 75% of the students and their families implement our philosophy of wealth. We want to be wealthy in wisdom, knowledge, health, and finances.
Short-term Success
Every semester surveys are administered to our girls, their caregivers, and their teachers by external entities. The data collected proves the following outcomes:
100% Reported feeling motivated to and equipped to make better decisions and stay out of trouble, feel like they belonged, and the staff and their peers in the program care about them
99% Reported that integrity, responsibility, and caring about others are more important to them than before participating in the program
98% Reported having a positive identity
96% Reported feeling empowered to lead and be a leader
85% of youth's caregivers reported seeing positive impact in the youth inside and outside of school
Youth's report cards and teacher surveys reported the following from the first semester to the second:
85% of girls increased their Math and ELA grades
80% of girls increased their in-school behavior and attendance
