| Carmen's Experience: Dr. Carmen Reese Foster has many years of leadership experience in the field of social and in non-profit organizations. She is a respected leader in the social work community and is a leading voice in the state of Tennessee for anti-racism in social work practice. Her practice experience has been predominantly with under-resourced students of color. Her research interests center on the impact of race-based trauma on the mental health of Black individuals. Dr. Reese Foster is passionate about connecting Black people with adequate resources so that they can have access and opportunities. | |
