| Rebera's Experience: Dr. Foston has developed and run programs to benefit at-risk youth for over 50 years. She is a retired Medical Doctor ( Ephebiatrician ( specializing in Adolescence) with a Doctorate in Social Crises Ministry. Administratively, she was the Health Commissioner of Gary, Indiana from 1988-1992, and the Executive Director of the Foston Adolescent Care , the Foston Adolescent Workshop, and the Foston Institute. She is currently the CEO and Board Chairperson of the Foston Foundation. We do not have a staff, and all positions are currently filled by volunteers. |
