St. Luke's has a strong, active Board of Directors, with 75% participation in Board and Executive Committee meetings, 100% participation in committee assignments and 100% participation in the Board giving campaign. Our strategic plan, which serves as the basic framework for each Board meeting agenda and the basis for establishing Board committee assignments, includes performance targets. Progress reports on those targets are made at each Board and Executive Committee meeting. |
