| Claressa's Experience: Claressa Ham is the Founder/Executive Director of Archie's Promise. The organization is named after her late grandfather, Archie Hughes. When Claressa was young, she wanted to be like her grandfather, Archie Hughes, and she promised him she would be kind and giving. Her promise to her grandfather grew into Archie's Promise, a local nonprofit that recycles donated formal, semi-formal, and business wear to help relieve the financial burden off individuals and families when shopping for a special event. Mrs. Ham has a strong passion for improving the organization and making sure everything done is in compliance with the law. She strives to expand program outreach and development, and take the organization to the next level. Claressa has a Bachelor's of Science degree from Middle Tennessee State University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from University of Phoenix. Ms. Ham is a great leader and role model to subordinates and strives each day to be a better individual. Claressa was recognized as a Millennial on a Mission in Middle Tennessee in 2015 & Women in Business for 2016. | |
