CEO/Executive Director/Board Comments
Project Reflect has a steady financial history but did adopt new and more vigorous policies and procedures. We also changed our monthly financial reporting to include statements of activities, cash flow statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections so that our board has a more comprehensive picture of our finances. Because Project Reflect did incur significant debt through previous expansions and the challenges around the closing of the middle school, we have been cognizant about living within our means and investing financial support efficiently and effectively. Our supporters and bankers have been very pleased with our new policies and procedures and the associated outcomes. |
