CEO/Executive Director/Board Comments
As a 501(c)3 organization, Nashville Rescue Mission receives no funds from local, state, or federal government. Our ministry exists because of the need for providing hope, help, and care to the hungry, homeless, addicted, and disenfranchised in our community. We rely on the generosity of faithful donors who give financially, as well as the time and talents of the hundreds of individuals and groups who volunteer at the Mission, to meet the ever growing needs of those seeking help. Nashville is a growing city with new people moving into the area at a rapid pace. The Mission has a unique opportunity to engage newcomers to the area in ways that will help those in need, build community, and enhance our city. This will also provide us with the opportunity to broaden our donor base to meet the growing needs of this community we love. |
