| During 2021, The F.I.N.D Design changed their twelve‐month reporting period from calendar year ending December 31st to a fiscal year ending June 30th. The accounting period change also required the filing of two "Form 990s". The "Form 990" was first filed on a calendar year ending December 31, 2021, to capture the twelve‐months reported. The second "Form 990" was filed to report the first six‐months of 2022. The short period filing was filed to capture the change in account period. Moving forward, The F.I.N.D Design will file their "Form 990" reflecting a fiscal year, ending annually on June 30th. |
