The W.C.C.L. works out of the Market Street Community Center, which is a resource center for low to moderate income individuals. The W.C.C.L. offers several programs that are designed to empower individuals to attain economical self-sufficiency through homeownership, good jobs, and wealth accumulation, ensuring that our children are well-educated and prepared for economic self-reliance in the 21st century through tutoring and early childhood literacy. Providing basic needs to stabilize disadvantaged families in order to benefit our community. The W.C.C.L, will continue to build upon the administrative strength, reputation and fiscal capacity of the organization in order to provide excellent service to our clients.
