CEO/Executive Director/Board Comments
ULMT continues to strengthen our board capacity for governance and fundraising. We have made considerable gains in this area. Over the past three years ULMT has had significant success in building goodwill and is now turning goodwill into capital. We are currently engaged in initiatives to address the impact of COVID-19, small business development and food insecurity to strengthen our organizational capacity to serve more counties in our service area in workforce, economic development and education. In January of 2021 we have new board member schedule to come on board to enhanced our board representation and our capacity to support this work. |
