Dwayne's Experience: Dwayne Tucker is a proven senior executive with over thirty years of leadership experience directing Human Resources and P&L responsibilities in small entrepreneurial and Fortune 500 companies. His specialties include Human Resources re-engineering, senior management consultation skills, culture change leadership and strategy development, process improvement, total quality management, workforce and culture integration due to mergers and acquisitions and utilization of effective communications techniques. Significant experience in establishing Board of Director and Compensation Committee strategy, governance, and compliance related programs is also among his portfolio of expertise. Tucker is the Founder & CEO of Dwayne Tucker Consulting, LLC, providing executive coaching and leadership consulting services. He has also served as Chief Human Resource Officer and President, Transaction Services for Alliance Data in Plano, TX, and was responsible for business units with combined revenue of more than $400 million. He has also lent his strategic advocacy, leadership, and program design and development expertise to companies such as First Data and Northwest Airlines. Tucker holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Tennessee State University in Nashville. He has also earned certification in employment law from the Antioch School of Law in Washington, D.C.; certifications in multiple programs having to do with diversity and inclusion training; and completed the Finance and Accounting for the Non-Financial Manager program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Dwayne currently serves as CEO of LEAD Public Schools, a network of six public charter schools, implementing Board-approved strategies for improving academic performance. |
