Pamela's Experience: Pamela (Pam) brings Monroe Harding an impressive background in nonprofit management within our organization, advocacy for children, fundraising, and community engagement, government affairs, and work with disconnected young people. Pam has been acknowledged by the Board as having the organizational skill and experience to lead through an Interim period with plans for continuing her position. She has experienced the implementation of two years of strategic planning and demonstrated highly effective strategic, project management, and people management skills. Pam has been involved for 12 years in planning and executing the Monroe Harding strategic planning, business development, community connections and government relations. He also served as Senior Director of Monroe Harding's Youth Connections. She has led Youth Connections program through its infancy into a thriving program that was identified by our strategic partner, Works Wonders, as the key place in the US to replicate their award-winning program. Pam has been involved in planning and executing the Monroe Harding strategic planning, business development, community connections and government relations. We are accredited by the Council on Accreditation for services in , Youth Independent Living, Workforce Development and Support, Supported Community Living, Family Foster Care/Kinship Care, and Financial Education and Counseling. This recognition is a testament to our experienced, educated, and well-trained staff. |
