Executive Director

Executive Director Mr. Nick Mullikin
E-mail info@nashvilleballet.com
Term Start January 2015
Nick's Experience: Since joining Nashville Ballet's staff in 2015, Mullikin has made numerous contributions to the organization. Under his direction, School of Nashville Ballet has grown exponentially both in numbers and in the strength of training, and NB2, Nashville Ballet's second company, performed its first mainstage production. Promoted to Associate Artistic Director in 2018, Mullikin's advanced role in working with Nashville Ballet's Company has been integral to recent programming choices, defining a more prominent through line from School of Nashville Ballet Academy to the Company, and much more.

Currently, with his responsibilities at Nashville Ballet, he acts as a YAGP judge and has coached dancers for YAGP and the International Ballet Competition in Varna, Bulgaria. In 2012, Mullikin graduated from the University of Texas at Austin, majoring in Government, and minoring in Communications, while completing the Business Foundations Program at the McCombs School of Business.

Mullikin began serving as Nashville Ballet's Artistic Director and CEO in June 2023
