CEO/Executive Director/Board Comments
The strength of this organization lies in its long term staff. They have provided continuity and a deep knowledge of the organization - knowing both the artists and the audience involved personally. New staff is being trained on systems and exposed quickly to the inner workings of our business. They also have day to day interactions with cast, artist, and customer. We are building new relationships. The upside of the anticipated retirement of our long term employees is that everyone is on board with the outcome and is working towards a smooth transition. |
