Teia's Experience: Teia is a native of Nashville, Tennessee where she grew up in Historic East Nashville. Teia is a proud member of Greater Nashville Association of Realtors where she earned a designation as a Senior Real Estate Specialist and a THDA approved Realtor. Working as a listing agent Teia uses her superior knowledge and experience of the Market to help make sellers satisfied through each transaction. As Teia continues helping first time home buyers, traditional buyers, and investors find their next dream homes, she is driven and passionate about their outcome during these difficult times. As a licensed professional CTE Educator with Tennessee Department of Education. Teia Davis owns Wilson Davis Realty LLC at Historic & Distinctive Homes. As an engaging communicator with a proven track record Teia is focused on building strong professional relationships that will remain beneficial throughout her Real Estate career. Teia is the Executive Director of Youth Changes a 501(C) (3) nonprofit organization founded in 2007 to Prepare, Empower, Educate, Motivate, Build, and Support the Community. When Teia is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children, teaching, working in the community, volunteering, and traveling with family and friends. Youth Changes is licensed with The Tennessee Department of Mental Health & Intellectual Disabilities. Youth Changes provides Residential Support to individuals with Mental Health Challenges, Individuals experiencing homelessness have all benefited from care and support at Youth Changes Residential Homes. Youth Changes provides supervised community based residential services. Our residential program focuses on Community Engagement, personal safety, accountability, competence, and control.
