| Andrea's Experience: Andrea Prince has over 14 years of Non-Profit experience both internationally and in the Nashville community. She brings extensive experience managing diverse teams of staff and volunteers in office and field work settings with a trauma-informed approach. Andrea holds degrees in Social Work from University of Tennessee-Knoxville and a Master's in Social Work with a concentration in Non-Profit Management from Columbia University in New York City. Among the accomplishments she is most proud of are opportunities she has had to build authentic relationships with the people she has worked with throughout her career--from clients, community stakeholders and leaders. She believes the individual impact we make is just as important as the systemic changes and if we are not doing both, we are not living our mission. Andrea takes joy in being able to connect resources to those who need them and had proven an effective partnership builder throughout her career. | |
