Long-term Success
The long term success of this program reflects 100% of our students graduating from high school with the academic tools and strategic pathway required to pursue a four year college degree, two year certificate, career certification or enter the workforce.
Short-term Success
On average, our students start two to three grade levels behind. As a result, our work is to provide them with access to quality teachers, effective curriculum, and the social and emotional environment and support required to get them to grade level.
Program Success Monitored By
In addition to our academic and instructional coaching teams setting goals to track and monitor outcomes, our success indicators will also include: chronic absenteeism data, graduation rates, Measure of Academic Progress (MAP) testing data, and growth scores as determined by the Tennessee Value Added Assessment System (TVASS).
