This program will enrich the lives of minorities, youth, seniors, disabled, and the disadvantaged by allowing local talent to travel to and from Memphis , Clarksville, Nashville , and Gallatin Tennessee displaying their gifts, and talent in different communities. Performing shows and different events like ( comedy shows, music performances , arts & craft.) Our children need direction and community involvement to help mentor their impressionable young minds, leading them to prosperity. We cannot continue to lose our children to consequences of poor choices and the lack of good guidance.

Such programs will include , Life Skills, Anger Management, Financial Management, and Youth Ministries. The programs last 10 weeks and a graduation commences on week 11. Programs currently service 10-12 youth per 10 week session.
The H.E.R.E program curriculum is designed to provide development and enrichment in middle school youth at Jere Baxter Middle School. Each topic and sub-topic will build on basic life skills which will help youth discover their own personal strengths and weakness, and how to communicate effectively with their teachers, community leaders, parents and peers.
