Description
ATN serves survivors of human trafficking through a combination of trauma-informed, in-house support and community partnerships. Aftercare resources include essentials such as food, clothing, hygiene items, and shelter, as well as long-term support through legal aid, job readiness programming, life skills curriculum, safety planning, transportation, medical and dental care, literacy, and GED services. Care Coordinators work with participants to develop an individualized plan of care based on each survivor's needs and goals, building a path to healing and renewed hope for every participant.

Topics include how to identify trafficking, online safety, boundaries, identifying safe adults, and more. ATN's staff collaborates with the Department of Children's Services (DCS), local behavioral facilities, and social service agencies that work with children to identify and serve prevention clients. These efforts seek to prevent the cycle of exploitation before it ever begins.
