In thinking strategically about how to invest our limited resources to address the growing affordable housing needs in Nashville, we concluded that focusing on a single at-risk community would have the greatest impact, and we launched our Greater Bordeaux initiative in 2019. We set a goal to provide home improvements through SHHIP for 65 households and complete improvements to three community spaces in Bordeaux over three years.
