Long-term Success
Long term success would be young boys who will become men who are able to lead their families and community. They will be financially responsible and choose not only to graduate from high school but to also pursue higher education. We would also like to see some pursue entrepreneurial endeavors.
Short-term Success
We would like to see 60% of our participants to be able to transition to the new housing available and stay in them beyond 3 months.

We will be using surveys, feedback from the community and the other community leaders to know if this has been a success.
