What type of in-kind donations do you accept and when are these donations most helpful?
We are happy to accept donations of art supplies, yarn, fabric, and sewing notions, instruments, books on the arts and humanities, cooking items, and shelves. Please call us at 615-380-8071 to be sure we can use your items and to set up a drop off time.
In addition to funding, how can someone support your organization?
We invite children and adults to be part of Willow Oak! Take our classes, come to our exciting and colorful festivals, or just drop by and see us! ArtFest and Art in the Park are offered to the community FREE of charge so everyone can enjoy them.
Do you like to volunteer? Volunteers are special people, and Willow Oak has an amazing group who work at festivals, fundraising events such as the gala, and in the office. If you'd like to meet other people who love the arts and like to give of their time, we would love to talk with you about Willow Oak, get to know you, and learn what your interests are!
The Springfield and Robertson County communities have shown their incredible support since our beginning in 2007 with donations from individuals, local businesses, and private family foundations, making up 70% of our income. Donations can be made on our website or by mail to Willow Oak, PO Box 236, Springfield, TN 37172. Gifts of any amount are appreciated. Please consider becoming a monthly recurring donor, showing your support 12 months of the year!
