| We experienced a breakdown in communication and decision-making that impacted our ability to serve effectively. However, we are pleased to report that we have made some significant changes over the last year that have greatly improved our overall operations. We restructured our governing board to focus on transparency, collaboration, and accountability. This has resulted in better communication and a more streamlined decision-making process. We now have a clear understanding of our roles and responsibilities, which has allowed us to work more efficiently and prioritize the organization's needs. |
