| Since the beginning of this organization we have been all volunteer. As we expand and grow to meet the needs of more children, we are looking to become more structured. We have been very successful in the past years with raising funds and meeting our goals of helping deaf children in many areas. We now need to start growing more in organizational ways to better meet our fund raising goals as well in addition to still maintaining our all volunteer status. We consider this organization to have been successful in the years past and we feel we will continue to do so in the future as proven by our continuing goal to helping deaf children become more independent and successful in life. |
