| While the Alliance for Green Hills, Inc., has held board meetings since the fall of 2015, the Alliance for Green Hills Foundation, Inc. received its determination letter on March 11, 2016. The governance of the Alliance for Green Hills Foundation, Inc., is now underway. Our volunteer leadership also serves as leadership of the Alliance for Green Hills, Inc. and therefore has a well-settled communication style and clear sense of the strengths of each volunteer leader. We are all quite accustomed to working together. Note: We have not elected to choose a chairperson of the board. Note: We do not have board selection criteria other than what is contained in the bylaws, that a board member shall be natural persons 18 or over, but not necessarily residents of the State of Tennessee. |
