| Archie's Experience: Archie is the ideal person to serve as CEO. He can certainly relate to the kids. He, too, learned at an early age how to overcome obstacles and establish a foundation for a successful career. He willingly shares his insights with the student leaders. In addition to modeling his organizational skills, Archie encourages and motivates the youth. Archie has managed resources and services with companies and nonprofits such as National Renal Alliance (now RAI), Pencil Foundation, United Way's Family Resource Center, and Metro Nashville Public Schools, just to name a few. Archie has volunteered and organized community outreach events in Nashville for over 20 years. He's a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University where he earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Community & Public Health in just two years. He served as Program Director with Water Walkers since April, 2022, and has been instrumental in developing the organization's Five Pillars of Programming. |
