Tamika's Experience: Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director is responsible for implementing the strategic goals and objectives of the organization; with the chairman, enable the Board to fulfill its governance function and give direction and leadership toward the achievement of the organization's philosophy, mission, strategy, and its annual goals and objectives. Over ten years in Quality Assurance and Case Management with a track record of producing extraordinary results in both areas. A commitment to human development and community services. Energetic self-starter with excellent analytical, organizational and creative skills. Strong problem solving, leadership and communication skills are qualities developed from previous experience. Oversees performance of management staff to ensure that job seekers receive quality and timely services and that program objectives are met. Resolve conflicts that arise with job seekers to make sure they are successful. |

THC is working with universities in the Middle Tennessee area to have interns come to get educated on working with ex-offenders. The interns work with our job seekers assisting them on their job search and case management.THC also works with Maximus Tennessee Works to send community service workers. The community service workers answering THC phone, filing, scanning other duties assigned. THC has a partnership with National Council on Aging they will send individuals to get job training. Clients from this agency will receive job training for all open positions that THC may have. |
