| Mike's Experience: Mike Webb brings a diverse professional career spanning over 35 years in the automotive and retail sectors serving in leadership roles of increasing responsibilities across various functions including Finance, Production, Project/Program Management and Human Resources. He served on the Music City Youth in the Arts, Inc.'s board of directors for many years, including holding the roles of President and Treasurer. More recently (November 2021) he stepped into an MCYA role as Operations Director, which encompassed the organization's finances, fundraising and administration. In November 2022, MCYA's board of directors appointed Mike as Executive Director and expanded his responsibilities to include oversight of all performing and educational programming. His experience in the marching arts includes participating with the Madison Scouts Drum & Bugle Corps, Ball State University marching band and writing/teaching visual and drill to various high school marching bands and winter guards. He continues to be an avid volunteer and supporter of various marching activities. |
