| Darrell's Experience: Darrell Caldwell has his MBA in Business Administration from Trevecca Nazarene University. He completed the Executive Development Program and the Operations Development Program while working for the YMCA of Middle Tennessee. He was an executive for the YMCA of Middle Tennessee for twelve years. His duties included fund raising, board recruitment, operations, staff supervision, budgeting, building rental, grant writing, hiring and building maintenance. He presently operates a nonprofit that features different programs. Darrell Caldwell is a proven community leader, people person, and possesses a passion community development. He has over twenty years experience in the position of Executive Director. | |

| Why We Can't Wait, Inc. is a small operation that has the potential to expand and add staff. We have found a unique niche in the development of youth/teens and the families in which they reside. Our biggest challenge is funding and one manner of a remedy is board development. |
