| Lisa's Experience: Lisa Stetar is the founding director of the Crossroads Campus. Her previous experience in nonprofit leadership was as the Expansion Project Manager for the Room In The Inn's Campus for Human Development,overseeing a $13,000,000 expansion of the Room In The Inn's facilities and programs. The five-year project, which included the construction of a new,45,000 square foot building and the renovation of an existing 20,000 square foot building, created transitional and permanent housing along with expanded and improved space for emergency services, education, workforce development and health care. As the project manager, Ms. Stetar was directly involved in every aspect of the project, including community relations, construction management, capital campaign fundraising, program expansion, financial management and grant writing and compliance. In addition to her nonprofit work, Ms. Stetar, who is a Certified Health Physicist, has provided radiation protection consulting for almost 20 years, specializing in the areas of radiological risk assessment, environmental monitoring, and regulatory compliance. |
