Pat's Experience: Patricia Newman Horton is a graduate of Tennessee State University with a B.S. in Child Development and Family Relations. She served seventeen years as a Program Manager at an accredited, Three-Star Quality Program before coming to Wayne Reed Christian Childcare Center. Mrs. Horton has worked with children ranging in ages from six weeks to five years. She served as program chairperson for the National Black Child Development Institute (NBCDI)--Nashville affiliate, a member of NAEYC and has been a workshop presenter at a childcare workshop.
