| Jake's Experience: In 2012, Jake joined the Blood:Water team as Director of Major Gifts, before then moving into the Director of Development and Marketing role. After leaving Blood:Water in 2017, Jake served as the Director of Development and Marketing for Barefoot Republic, a non-profit kids camp, before taking on his most current as the US Director of Operations for Ethiopia ACT. Jake returned to Blood:Water in September 2019 to serve as the organization's Executive Director. Prior to 2012, Jake joined the University of Tennessee Athletic Department in 2004, serving as an Associate Director for Athletic Development and then subsequently a Director of Development for the Vanderbilt Law School. In 2010, Jake joined Sweet Sleep, a non-profit organization serving orphans in Africa, Haiti, and Moldova as the organizations first Director of Development. |
