Mission

Phoenix Rising is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive transitional environment for individuals recovering from substance abuse. Our mission is to empower participants to rebuild their lives, regain independence, and achieve sustained sobriety by offering comprehensive services, personalized support, and a nurturing community.

Background

Phoenix Rising was incorporated in two thousand and nine to assist adult offenders with transitioning back to the community after incarceration. We provide temporary programming to assist individuals with securing employment and living a health, drug free lifestyle. We equip clients with education and knowledge to live independently and refrain from returning to a life of crime or substance abuse.

Impact

As the Director of our substance abuse program, I'm proud to share the profound impact that our collaboration with other treatment organizations has had on our community and the individuals we serve.

By joining forces with like-minded organizations, we have created a network of support that extends far beyond the walls of our own facility. Together, we have pooled our resources, expertise, and collective passion to offer comprehensive and coordinated care to individuals battling addiction.

Through collaborative efforts, we have been able to leverage the strengths of each organization, filling gaps in services, and providing a continuum of care that addresses the diverse needs of our clients. Whether it's through shared treatment protocols, joint counseling sessions, or referral pathways, our collaboration has enabled us to deliver more holistic and effective care to those in need.
