Mission

The mission is to increase awareness about bullying which is a serious issue with school-aged children and to advocate prevention strategies that will build their success.

Background

Tomorrow's Leaders for Change is leading change, saving our youth. Our dual program is O.B.E.Y, Overcome Bullying Excite You and Obese Becoming Energized Youth. We seek to provide social and emotional learning as well as teaching youth how to live bully proof lifestyles.

Impact

Tomorrow's Leaders for Change, an award-winning organization, has achieved profound success through our partnership with Nashville After Zone Alliance, Center for Imagination and Antioch Middle School. During May, 2018, we received an Community Appreciation Award from Antioch Middle School for our OBEY program initiatives. Our goals for the upcoming year is to expand our community outreach and complete the launch of the OBEY Initiative where we host more community workshops to families on how to overcome bullying. Also, to implement and train school officials on our program curriculum. With this objective, we are hoping to save more lives from youth suicides that are rising due to lack of bullying prevention strategies within our communities.

Needs

Tomorrow's Leaders for Change seek to increase program volunteers where we have trained mentors to assist the youth in our partner schools. Also, receive the financial support over $10k from OBEY Partners that will enhance our initiatives. These funds will not only help with the above but allow us to receive media support so that the message can reach our targeted audiences.

CEO Statement

As a ten year bullying survivor, it is my passion to provide support to students during this era. With your help, we will save lives from bullycides. Our program is innovative and provides hands on approach that teaches empathy, esteem and confidence. We believe that if you build from within, no one can tear you down at their own leisure. I am committed to making a difference in the lives of our youth!
