Young Life leaders go where kids are in hopes of building relationships and telling them about the love of Jesus. Young Life has existed in Nashville for over 50 years in public and private high schools and middle schools, with thousands of lives changed. Capernaum is Young Life's ministry to high schoolers with physical and developmental disabilities. Young Life Capernaum is a place where teens with disabilities can be a teenager! We like to laugh hard, play games, sing loud, build friendships, and hear the Good News about Jesus. Our leaders spend time with kids through (1) Contact work - going where kids are, (2) Club - a bi-weekly large group event, (3) Small groups - talking real life with kids, (4) Camps - taking kids on an adventure away from the distractions of everyday life. We believe every kid, everywhere deserves to hear about Life to the Full!
