The oldest LM program: alumni who sign up for this program are paired with alumni from Leadership Nashville, to whom they commit to meet twice during the year; usually for a breakfast or lunch. This program works towards one of LM's goals; to facilitate building the bridge between the music community and the larger Nashville business and civic community.

Leadership Music annually recognizes an honoree who "Exemplifies the highest quality of leadership and leading by example." Producer Tony Brown was 2004's honoree (held at the Parthenon); radio legend Gerry House was honored in 2005 (Loew's Vanderbilt Hotel.), Emmylou Harris in 2006, Frances Preston in 2007, The Bradley Family in 2008, Garth Brooks in 2009, Willie Nelson in 2010, the Country Music Association in 2011, Charlie Daniels and Vince Gill in 2012, and Reba McEntire was honored in 2015 Tributes feature performances, speeches, and pre-taped videos in an intimate theater setting.
