We are a lean organization with a singular focus: equipping churches with the understanding and skills to better love those who experience same-sex attraction. We come alongside churches through a four stage process:Equip pastors to effectively minister to those who experience same-sex attraction.Train lay leaders to be friends and mentors to sexual minorities.Educate church members to become a church where sexual minorities can belong.Provide a support group where LGBT+ persons can ask questions and grow in their faiths.For more information, visit equipyourcommunity.org/training.
