JAST-supported programs focus on specific aspects of business, culture and society, including lectures, seminars, scholarships, discussions and networking events.JAST supports receptions and Tennessee delegations to the Southeast-U.S. Japan Association Conferences each year.The Japan-America Society of Tennessee invites nominations for its Community Service Awards. These awards recognize the accomplishments of industry and community leaders whose efforts have made substantial and enduring contributions to Japan-Tennessee relations, improving public life and well being of our society. JAST is pleased to announce renewed funding opportunities for college-bound high school seniors to earn one of four college scholarships through the Mitsui USA Scholarships in Tennessee Program.JAST hosts community education and cultural events.JAST Young Professionals encourage those developing their careers at Japan-related international companies by facilitating educational and networking opportunities.
