The Seniors on Tech 101 workshops support 'Technology Immersion in Everyday Life', a platform for actively engaging Seniors for improved connectedness, self-efficacy and maintaining their cultural currency. It is also a bridge to engage Seniors with Youth in the community to address the expansive relational disconnects that often exist with an aging population.

| The number one challenge the agency faces is the lack of funds to operate daily and provide our target audience with needed services. The Board of Directors believe that hiring and Executive Director full-time will allow us to become stable in the community and serve the senior constituents more readily. |
