Program Successes
This is a letter from a recipient of a Strick's Gift bag:
"My name is Anne and I had a beautiful little girl, Elizabeth on August 14th. A few months before that my husband and I both lost our jobs and home. We packed away everything we owned and moved to the Nashville area to stay with my sister. Things moved slowly and my husband couldn't find work for a couple months. Then our daughter decided to make an early appearance and we had nothing for her. One day a social worker came into my room with a brown bag and I found such amazing and beautiful things. I still tear up thinking about it. I just wanted to thank you so much for the gift. It was so amazing. Since then, my husband has found work so we were able to get all our stuff moved into our own home. I have since gone through my baby stuff and now want to give back to you and pass on the generosity you showed.. I will drop off my stuff so you can continue to bless others like you blessed us! Thank you again. You really touched us."

Long-term Success
In the past 13 years of running Strick's Gift, we have given away over 150,000 pieces of clothing to newborns in need. We have been covered by several major publications and news outlets in Nashville including WSMV, The Tennessean twice, Style BluePrint, Green Hill News, Franklin Magazine and Her Magazine. Because of this coverage and our reputation in Nashville thousands of items have been donated to Strick's Gift.
Short-term Success
Short term success is that we have been able to operate through the pandemic. We also have donated space to work out of from Westminster Presbyterian Church. This is a huge change for us and it makes a big difference in our capacity to work and give.
