Description
The annual TACEE conference draws attendees from all over the State. We are offering up to 13 training hours for Childcare professionals this year.
We have been able to lower the cost for members to attend due to sponsorships. We also are able to give -1- year memberships to non-members for a higher registration fee.

Long-term Success
Our annual conference is our main source of income each year. We offer high quality training to childcare professionals. Every staff of a DHS licensed facility is required to receive at least 18 continuous training hours.
Short-term Success
We have budgeted for 200-250 people to attend this year with a low cost of $49.
Program Success Monitored By
Each attendee must fill out a form after their sessions with what they like, what they didn't care for before they receive their training certificates. We then look back on these to help us with decisions for the following year

| Central location in Middle Tennessee will attract more attendees throughout the State. Due to the pandemic we had to cancel our 2020 conference and it is re-scheduled for October 2021. Our annual conference is our #1 way we support our annual budget. Canceling has really made it difficult to continue to offer some services. |
