CEO/Executive Director/Board Comments
FALL has grown exponentially in recent years and has been able to increase its net assets each year. In addition to the increase in net assets, FALL has seen significant year over year increases of revenue with 174% from year 1 to 2 and 148% from year 2 to 3.Moving forward, we expect this trend to continue into the future, with a increased focus on building our base of private donors through targeted cultivation, as well as looking for new avenues to acquire revenue through grants, bookings, and class offerings. |
Foundation Staff Comments
FY 2018 Financial data taken from Form 990N, which does not provide specific financial information. Most small tax-exempt organizations whose annual gross receipts are normally $50,000 or less are required to electronically submit Form 990-N, also known as the e-Postcard, unless they choose to file a complete Form 990 or Form 990-EZ instead. FY 2017 Financial data was built using a financial compilation provided internally by the nonprofit. Because the nonprofit became a 501(c)3 in 2017, graphs were only built out for this fiscal year, however, the nonprofit has provided previous compilations for greater level of financial transparency. Compilation did not include information in regards to net assets, liabilities, or specific breakdown of program, management, and fundraising expenses. Data is estimated.
